How to Identify a Genuine P.Audio Product?
Starting from October 2026, selected P.Audio products and production lots are equipped with a Certificate of Authenticity to help customers identify genuine P.Audio products.
Certificate of Authenticity
The Certificate of Authenticity is a physical card included in the package of applicable products. The card contains product information and authenticity features, including a P.Audio logo sticker and a security hologram sticker with a product serial number.
P.Audio logo sticker
The P.Audio logo sticker features the P.Audio logo and is attached in the Certificate of Authenticity card. End users can attach the sticker to their speaker cabinet to indicate that it is equipped with genuine P.Audio components.
Security hologram sticker
The security hologram sticker features a silver-grey holographic background, with a silver-grey holographic border and curved wave pattern. The P.Audio logo and Thai flag are also presented in a silver-grey holographic finish, while the product serial number is printed in black on the bottom right. A matching hologram sticker is also applied to the physical product.
Product serial number
The product serial number shown on the hologram sticker on the Certificate of Authenticity card should match the product serial number on the hologram sticker attached to the physical product. Important: The new Certificate of Authenticity card, security hologram sticker, and product serial number are available only on selected P.Audio products and production lots. Genuine P.Audio products that are not covered by the new authenticity system may not have these features.

No. P.Audio product serial numbers are used to identify the relevant supplier, model and/or production information. Therefore, a product serial number should not be treated as a unique identification number for an individual product.
A valid product serial number means that the number matches a record in P.Audio’s factory production database. It is one part of the verification process. For additional verification, please make sure that other product details and features match those of the product being verified.
A product serial number that is not recognized means that it could not be found in P.Audio’s production records. Please check that you have entered the number correctly. If the number is correct but still cannot be recognized, please contact P.Audio for further verification.
Not necessarily. The P.Audio authenticity system was introduced only to selected products and production lots starting from October 2026. Genuine products that are not covered by this authenticity system may not include a Certificate of Authenticity. The absence of a Certificate of Authenticity alone does not mean that the product is counterfeit.
If you have lost the certificate, please contact P.Audio with the serial number shown on the product. After verification, P.Audio may be able to provide an electronic copy of the Certificate of Authenticity.
Please do not rely on the product serial number alone. Contact P.Audio and provide photos of the product, hologram sticker, Certificate of Authenticity and the product serial number where available. Our team will review the information and assist with further verification.
